Chapter
13 - Our world is a garden
When you have understood the nature of your being, you will then be able to
elevate your consciousness, and be at liberty to separate the physical from
what you call the spiritual. You will be naturally then, inter-dimensional.
The physical bodies of you humanoids are going through both a poisoning and a
purification process at the same time. You are finding even now, that the toxins
you ingest, and that are put upon you from the atmosphere, are altering the
structure of your bodies. Whilst your bodies are working hard to eliminate
the overdose of these toxins, there still remains a residue. This residue is
altering your cellular structure. There will come a time in the future, when
you will find that your 'energy body' will feel most uncomfortable within the
physical body. You will spend more and more time wishing to be 'out' of your
body, but in full consciousness. This means not being unconscious, as a lot
of you are when you are sleeping and in the dream state. Your energy body
returns into the physical body after sleep, and you remember nothing.
We will
educate you in the nature of the transition, and once you understand the entire
spectrum of your abilities, you will be left with a feeling of liberty. There
are those of you who spend many hours in the company of we the Andromedans,
and lots of the other races besides. You come in your sleep state, and on an
energy level, you have all the knowledge already. We have talked to you, and
we have helped to imprint upon your energy field the vibrations of all the
